Our interaction with chartered accountants opened gates to discussions on upcoming implementations and additions to our product as much as it encouraged dialogue on data storage in cloud, its advantages and security features, and most importantly, what sets us apart.
Surf Accounts is cloud-based, which means 24×7 access and complete control over client data, transparency, infrequent downtime, non-existent infrastructural or maintenance cost and flexibility of operations. To render superior security to our user data, we host our software on Microsoft Azure.
The event provided us the chance to gauge our audience’s reaction regarding software usability and its purpose to alleviate the complications of accounting. Our initiatives in achieving this end vis-a-vis automation, a user-friendly interface, the elimination of data entry and the inclusion of added features – such as end-built CRM, sales pipeline, data mining, time-tracking for billable tasks – were met with positive response. Similarly, we had the opportunity to meet veterans in the field and document their take on the features we are to incorporate to make the software handier.
We express our heartfelt gratitude to all our patrons, prospects and esteemed practitioners in the field who took the time to visit our stall and share their valuable opinions. Without their contribution our engagement wouldn’t have achieved the dynamicity it did.
